Founded in 2019 by a team of mortgage professionals, Rate Money set out to fill a critical gap in the industry—offering tailored home loan solutions specifically for self-employed borrowers.  

In just 6 years, Rate Money has expanded from 0 to 38 branches, demonstrating the immense growth potential for franchisees.  We empower our franchisees to stand out by leveraging the strength of our brand, extensive branch network, and commitment to their professional growth, creating a partnership that drives success for all.

As the first to eliminate unfair fees on most of our products, we've disrupted the lending landscape and earned numerous industry awards for our innovative approach.
