Gus brings over 25 years of experience in Financial Services. As CEO and founder of Loan Services Australia — a full-service mortgage manager specialising in Online home loan origination and management technology — he drove strategy and execution to take LSA from start-up to one of Australia’s largest mortgage managers.

Alan has 20 years of experience within the financial services industry. He spent 14 years with RAMS Financial Group where he managed a network of 50 franchisees before being lured across to Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, where he worked as a Regional Manager.

Paul has an extensive background in financial services, with a demonstrated set of skills including channel development, operational frameworks, strategic marketing, franchising and licensing frameworks.

Kerryn is an experienced and results-driven individual with a demonstrated history of working in the Banking Industry and Franchising. She is highly skilled in Business Planning, Change/Operations Management, Coaching and Leadership.

Rachel has over 25 years of marketing, communications, customer engagement, business development and commercial strategy experience across banking, wealth management, fund management and professional services sectors.  Rachel drives revenue, brand equity and market share through customer experience and growth strategies, as well as customer-led digital transformation programs.

Carly has over 12 years of industry experience, the majority of which have been spent at a managerial level. She prides herself on her ability to develop and manage a successful team.

Fotini has a strong history in retail banking, having worked at St George for 18 years in various roles. Fotini was awarded three national awards in 2020, including Service Champion of the Year.

Tony is a seasoned Project Manager at Rate Money, drawing from extensive experience in business development and operations excellence. With a background that includes roles such as Home Loan Manager at RAMS and Lead in Operations Excellence at Link Group, Tony brings over a decade of expertise to his current position. His diverse skill set and proven track record make him an invaluable asset in delivering successful projects and driving organisational growth.
