The Pathway Program

The Franchise Pathway Program is an internal Rate Money development program designed to develop our future franchise business owners. It prepares Lending Managers to become franchise business owners. Through structured training, mentoring, hands-on experience, and exposure to the "Rate Money Way", participants will develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to own and run your own business under Rate Money brand. 

The program aims to teach participants to build core capability, drive consistent revenue, and readiness to launch their own business through these elements:
