Rate Money has expanded its Queensland footprint with the opening of a new branch in Mount Gravatt, reinforcing the brand's commitment to supporting more self-employed Australians across this fast-growing market.
The new branch, led by Ruchir Kakkar, becomes Rate Money's fourth Queensland location and forms part of the company's strategy to expand its high-performing nationwide network.
The Mount Gravatt branch will provide specialised lending solutions for self-employed customers while working closely with local accountants, financial advisers, real estate professionals and business consultants.
Rate Money Founder and CEO Ryan Gair said that the region continues to present significant opportunities for niche lending solutions.
"Queensland continues to experience strong population and business growth, creating increasing demand for lending specialists who understand the unique needs of self-employed Australians," Mr Gair said.
"Opening our fourth Queensland branch demonstrates our confidence in the market and our commitment to building a strong local presence that supports customers, referral partners and ambitious lending professionals alike."
Kakkar said Rate Money's specialist focus and entrepreneurial model made the decision an easy one.
"I was excited to work with a brand that is dedicated to supporting self-employed customers with their lending needs while also having the opportunity to lead as a Branch Principal," Mr Kakkar said.
"The move to Queensland represents a fresh start for me, and I'm looking forward to building strong local relationships, expanding my network and helping more business owners achieve their financial goals."
Mr Gair said Rate Money continues to attract experienced brokers and lending professionals looking to establish businesses of their own while benefiting from the support of a recognised national brand.
"We're building more than a branch network, we're creating opportunities for talented lending professionals to own successful businesses backed by proven systems, specialist expertise and a brand with a clear point of difference."
As Rate Money continues its expansion, the company remains focused on delivering lending solutions to the self-employed while growing a network of locally owned, community-focused branches across the country.
